The Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, is the Slovenian national correspondent for the project eUser. The task of the national correspondents, participating in the project eUser will be the collection of information from national public sector environments enabling the project to assess the European public sector with respect to its current attention and readiness to achieve truly user-oriented public online services. The major tasks are following:

• to collect information from national public sector environments enabling the project to assess the European public sector with respect to its current attention to and readiness to achieve truly user-oriented public online services
• identify and describe best practice examples regarding user-appropriate online public service provision.
